Airdrops should be automated.

Yield is not the only income on crypto assets. Upcoming prominent layer 2 protocols distribute airdrops to early users based on their on-chain transaction volume. As experienced in Arbitrum and other layer 2 protocols, this is proven to be a very effective way to capture early users but also is a lucrative source of incremental return for users.

However, in order to receive the airdrop reward, it would require cumbersome work of artificially making numerous on-chain transactions, given that the airdrop amount is decided based on number of layer 2 transactions user has made and their volumes.
